the gals are great. my wife is very happy on the cleanliness of our home afterward. as far as the products? know body knows what the name of the products are, I guess there a big secret. We tend to like a lemon fresh smell, from the cleaning products that we have used and we don't get it from your stuff.

You have asked me how you can improve your service to make me more satisfied. Rose did my cleaning last week and I saw so clearly what the difference is. Attitude is everything. While some of the other staff cleaned ok, Rose wanted to do a good job. She was professional but very pleasant and extremely careful and thorough in her work. Others had appeared to be much more casual in how they did their work. She went beyond the obvious. Especially, Rose listened to what I needed and made me feel that I was not a bother to her in any way. It would be nice if everyone worked as she did but then WOW's wouldn't mean so much. She gets one from me.

The team members at Merry Maids are always very professional. They do a fantastic job of cleaning and are very thorough. Their products do not cause allergies in our home. We are pleased that the MM director, Michelle, is very flexible and always accommodates our schedule when there are changes. We are very happy with the MM cleaning service.
