Overall service is good. Don't like the rotating of teams. Would like to have Theresa each time. Good disposition and attitude.

I have no complaints about the services, and I do like the products used.

I like the products used to clean all parts of the home.
I think some of the ladies that clean need to have a "refresher" course on techniques used to accomplish their job such as using a little more care with items they either move or being aware of things that need attention.

After using Merry Maids for over 25 years I can see a difference in the care from some of the ladies cleaning. I will continue however and do appreciate them for the way they clean ~ ~ just think a few of them need to be refreshed on procedure.

Janie and Katie were very professional and thorough in cleaning my home for the first time. They went about their jobs so quietly, I barely knew they were in the house. My home was spotless when they left and I have no complaints whatsoever. I know there's no guarantee that the same people will come each time but I would love to have both of them back. I've told several friends about how thorough the cleaning is, including cleaning baseboards, blinds, window tracks and slider patio doors. I was able to change a few dates where I knew I would be traveling since I was booked out for a year. I also appreciated that you send a quality control person out to inspect your employees' work.
