The service your employees give is almost always a 10. They also add a special touch and I love seeing them such as the tissue always folded, the towels in the bath always folded specially and so on, they are neatly dressed, clean and well groomed besides being careful with my stuff of which I likely have too much but then with help they stay dusted!!
The only change I make is using my own products as I know the results are always reliable. I have found your products, especially glass cleaner leaves streaks and I prefer comet cleanser for bath rooms.
You and they get a 10 and I recommend you to everyone but most feel 130 is too much yet I know the cost of living and the difficulty's these days so we scratch it up.

I am very satisfied with the service of Cocoa Merry Maids. I don't know what products are used, but whatever they are, they are effective! Cocoa MM are reliable, efficient, organized, responsive and accommodating. We have owned our beach condo for over 16 years - Cocoa Merry Maids is by far the best cleaning service we have ever used.

The team is friendly and at the same time professional. The added bonus is that they bring their own special products and equipment. The products are amazing and the house is sparkling clean and everyone comments on how fresh it smells.
They are "ON TIME" and don't dilly dally but get the job done and DONE RIGHT!

The Ladies (who come to my home) are pleasant, the office is efficient and easy to talk to, the equipment is up-to-date (LOVE the steamers they use on the tile floor!!) and the big vac is great on my area rugs while the port-a-vac gets into all sorts of hard-to-reach areas.
