Services - It's nice to come home to a clean house! I am usually not at home when the Merry Maids are there. It's nice to be able to trust them with a key to my house and know that I don't have to worry about anything. I am very picky about my house and seldom notice anything they've missed cleaning. I've been a customer for about 10 years.
Products - I have a small parrot and since birds are very sensitive to chemicals and fumes, I was a little concerned initially about their products. My bird is now 7 years old and very healthy so obviously the products are bird-safe.
