I am never home when they come to clean, however, someone is always there. When I get home after they clean, it seems that they do a good job and hit the areas that I require.

I like the reminder call the day before cleaning and the note of the the areas cleaned and which room got speical attention

However, a bit tough on the door jams and base boards when pulling vacs and buckets around the home. Leaving several gouges in wood work, door frames and base boards. I'll be needing to do a good bit of painting to fix dings, scratches and gouges. No big issue, just need to be a little more cautious with cleaning tools.
