We have used Merry Maids in Minnesota and now in Florida. We like the service.

We have over the years used private people with varying degrees of satisfaction. There is always a time that we have to find another cleaning person.
We never have to worry about staffing.

Our needs and wants from the service seems to be passed on to who ever comes in. Any thing that might not be to our expectations is always addressed.
That is why we have used Merry Maids over the years.

Your company is always timely to appointments and always calling the day before to confirm. The girls are always pleasant and ask before leaving if there is anything else needed.

I have no complaints, except for the fact that I don't get the same ladies each week. Whoever heads the crew always has to "train" the new lady about what to do. Seems inefficient when the same two would know the routine of the house. Happy to have the help though. Name removed

The two persons, who performed the deep clean, at my home were the best. They did the best cleaning I have ever had . I would like to have the same two, as I am comfortable, with them in my home. It is beyond words how much I appreciate their work!

My house is clean for the most part and when it isn't, they fix it. For the price I feel it should be done right every time. But for the most part they do a good job and very friendly.

I like the fact that they keep everything dusted, I hate dusting. I do like that they take a room once each visit and do a little bit more than they usually do. I just have to remind them my floors need vacuumed before they mop.

Your people show up "ON TIME" and don't mess around but get the job DONE> Kim & Shelly are good workers and represent your company extremely well!

The staff are friendly and respectful. The cost is a great value. Having help with household chores has really lowered my stress levels. I can spend my free time with family knowing that my house is cleaned the same way I would do it.

I like and trust the girls. Last time Mel came and did a good job.

My concern is we paid for 2 girls for 2 hours and got one girl for two hours.

I understand a lot of people called in sick so I give you a pass but I could have found enough work to keep two busy.

Don't make a habit of sending one girl. You will lose me.

Merry Maids employees are always very professional and efficient. They are thorough, pleasant, and friendly. The house is clean when they leave, and it stays that way for two weeks without my having to do anything. I am so happy with the service!

We liked the free consultation given by Shelly. She was on time, friendly, efficient and cheerful. She had the correct paperwork and explained everything in detail and answered any questions we had to our satisfaction. She even had great discounted rates based on the number of cleanings you sign up for (they also do one-time cleanings). The cleaning staff, Nicole and Linda were on time, friendly, personable and professional. They were all smiles and laughter and seemed to enjoy their work. They were quiet and efficient and asked questions to make sure we were okay and happy about certain things they were going to do or objects they might move or clean. Everyone was a real joy to talk to and they knew exactly what to do - no fumbling around, searching for paperwork or cleaning supplies, etc.. The whole operation ran like a well oiled machine. Everything was cleaned that was supposed to be cleaned - even all the edges, corners, nooks and crannies were clean. I had been working in the office the whole time and when they finished and I walked out into the open area and the floors, furniture, light fixtures, windows, etc. were clean, bright, shiny, beautiful, and literally glowed and sparkled. We had no idea our house could look so good. Awesome job! Thank you so much and we look forward to the next time (we signed up for 8 cleanings to start)!
