There were 40 minutes left in the two-hour minimum required by Merry Maids, so she volunteered to do my kitchen floor and stove-top. I was planning to clean the kitchen the following day and this really freed up more time for me to prepare for my party. I was very happy!

Team is the same each week, so I feel comfortable with them. They are cheerful and courteous. They show up early in theday which I prefer. The products leave my home smelling clean, not perfumey.

It's fast, service is punctual and I know when they're coming. The maids have always been very polite and check with me if they aren't sure about whether I want something cleaned that may be fragile or otherwise sensitive. I also have appreciated the scheduling flexibility and not being told I have to pay some change fee or other garbage (e.g. it's been 5 weeks instead of 4 so there is an "bring you up to date" fee - I'd drop the service if that started).
Convenience, reasonably-priced, thorough cleaning!
