You do a great job. Sometimes, in the efforts to make everything "green" I feel like cleaning products used aren't as good as they used to be. I'd rather you use some products that clean really well and leave your house smelling clean, instead of just getting the feeling that something is being used that's so safe it isn't effective. I hope that makes sense. I am pleased overall with the service.

I like the fact that the team always arrives in the time slot that is promised. I love the fact that the house smells clean but not overwhelmly chemical when they have finished. I like the fact that Merry Maids is very accomodating when I have to change the cleaning schedule. This is very important to me. Not every cleaning company is so pleasant and agreeable on this point. Their fees are very reasonable.
Overall, I am very pleased to call Merry Maids my cleaning company and I shall continue doing so well into the future.
The products you use to clean my stove are great. It takes me forever to scrub any little mess off the porcelained/enameled covers of the gas units. The ladies come and in no time its done. I also like the fresh scent of the products you use.
