I do have a problem with the scheduling (time of day) sometimes. The other day, I had my first somewhat unpleasant conversation with the Merry Maids office. It would be very helpful for people to know what time (approximately) the cleaning will take place. Those of us who are retired are often at home, and would like to schedule our day so that the cleaning personnel will have the house to themselves, but we have to guess when they will come. The response I received was not helpful, and also partly inaccurate. Usually, the people answering the phone are lovely.

Can trust the team in my home. Love that they wassh wooden floors, many competitors only sweep wood floors but dont wash them.

Appreciate attention given to cleaning baseboards, blinds, fan blades, etc. - areas that are often overlooked even in my own cleaning efforts. Everything is always spotless and neat.

Consistency of the people who come.

I like the fact that the team always comes to my house within the promised time....I am usually home at that time.
I love the fact that they always dust the many interior shutters, in several rooms....as I am unable to do this myself. The house has a lovely scent afterwards........not overpowering, just very nice and 'clean' smelling.
They also do an excellent job in the bathrooms and kitchen......important and much appreciated.
Overall, I am very pleased to have Merry Maids clean my house and I will ask them to come to clean all the windows this Spring.
