I like using Merry Maids! They notify you via text or email when they are on their way. They don't mind our dogs being in the house and even bring them treats! They clean the house quickly and efficiently! I love coming home to a clean home! Especially the kitchen and bathroom. They always do a great job! The only thing I have to say negative is that....I think we need to change our cleaning day! They come on Friday....and we spend the entire weekend cooking. By Sunday night.....the kitchen is destroyed again!! LOL

I love the cleaning lady assigned to my house Carrie. She is super thorough and always does an excellent job. In addition, Tony the manager of merry maids is excellent to work with. He makes sure everything you would like out of your cleaning happens and is super helpful with questions and concerns. I have no clue what products they use but they clean all of my specific surfaces (stainless steel, granite, tile, etc...) very nicely.

Merry Maids is a great house cleaning service. They have well trained professionals who do a phenomenal job in cleaning your home. They are reasonably priced too. I will highly recommend them to people who need cleaning service in the greater Pittsburg area.

Merry Maids has been cleaning for me for a long time. Over the years, service has varied depending on the cleaner(s). It was the best when the same person did the cleaning.

First of all, I am happy with the service since the company acquired new management. I like the updated equipment and the "official" vehicle. That said, I realize that once every three weeks may not be conducive to the same person doing the cleaning. Therefore, my comments could change after every clean. That's why I prefer not to share my comments.

Reliability

Cleaning was very thorough! The team hit the nooks and crannies that needed attention, as well as the big stuff. A kind note was left letting me know how things went and where they'd focus on the next clean. The house smelled nice and fresh and was all put together when I returned home. Overall great experience.
