The ladies that clean my home was very polite and focus on doing a great. The house looked excellent and smelled awesome.
We have been using the services of Merry Maid for about four months. The results have been excellent. I don't know lot about the products used but they seem to be working very well leaving a fresh, clean aroma. Our cleaning professional, Beth, has been doing an excellent job of making our home look "bright and shiny". The difference between doing it myself and having Merry Maids do it is that that the whole house is cleaned all at once, corner to corner, wall to wall. Beth is fast, efficient, trustworthy, conscientious and energetic. Our bathtub is the one that came with the house in 1964 and was showing its age. After two cleanings, it looks new.
My last several cleaning services done by Carrie, Christine and Jami have been excellent. My home office has five books cases and a sitting area usually with several magazines laying about. On the rotating schedule when this room receives "additional attention" all of the shelves are dusted and magazines neatly arranged. I'm not home when my home is serviced so it feels very good when I walk in the door after 11 hours of work and travel to see the floors have been cleaned and vacuumed, everything has been dusted, the kitchen is spotless and as I trudge upstairs the railings are dusted and the bathrooms are clean with their little gold stickers. As I've said before, it is like walking into a freshly cleaned luxury hotel room except it is my home.

The people who clean are professional and very good to try to do exactly what is requested. I am not a fan of the cleaning products as they are not as effective as stronger cleaning supplies.
