MIchelle (and whoever accompanies her) is/are always pleasant and friendly and do a very good job. If ever there is some minor issue, they resolve it quickly and happily. The products used clean well and do not leave a "chemical" smell.

Been having my house cleaned for about a year now and Merry Maids never fails to satisfy. I'm completely happy with this company and am pleased and most happy to be allowed to recommend them to you, that person who's really tired of moping their own floors and would like someone else to do it. They are reasonably priced and are very reliable. My wish is to have everyone in the United States use the services of the Merry Maids company. But then all the Merry Maids would be having their floors cleaned by themselves and have to pay themselves to clean their own house. Hmmm, that wouldn't work so well. So then my wish is to have everyone who is not a Merry Maid use Merry Maids. That's better, don't you think?
I am not paid to write this, I should be, but that's OK. They are so neato that I'm glad to write this telling you, the potential customer of Merry Maids to call them today. If not today, then surely tomorrow, right? Will you be a satisfied customer, you bet! I'm one for sure. Before I used Merry Maids, my house was a filthy mess. Now I'm eating off the floor, because it's so clean. (not literally) And if you become a customer, they will ask you to write a review just like they ask me every single time. I'm thrilled to take the time to do it though, because the time I saved cleaning can be used to write reviews. I'll probably write more next time they ask me, because I'm so satisfied. But you won't get a discount or anything for writing a review. But you'll do it due to having such a spotless abode.

I like Cheyne and I liked Carrie before that. I liked Danielle until she started to slack off, probably because she planned to leave. I actually prefer some of my own products.

Confirming appointment and informing when team will arrive. Green products used to clean. Thoroughness of the team and the chance to give feedback to the team softer cleaning is complete.

I like that the girls are efficient and quickly clean my house. They get things done in a timely manner.

Excellent communication, arrived on time and very personable. The dark hardwood floors looked really great and everything smelled clean. The slate kitchen floor was ok, but it is extremely hard to clean!

I had two leads last visit and had a great cleaning. It is what I would expect each visit but unfortunately that's not the case. Inconsistency is an issue but overall I am pleased. Lynn does a great job for me!

The products used are "green" and do a great job of cleaning.
The cleaning personnel do a good job and are willing to help with extra little things that I am unable to do.
