Merry maids does a great job cleaning my house
My cleaning team kept their masks on throughout the service which was of great comfort. The place smelled so fresh and clean, and I could tell they were very thorough in their approach. They also moved things back almost identical to where they had been placed.
We hired Merry Maids to clean our old rental when we moved out. That afternoon when I stopped by to lock the door I couldn’t believe how clean it was. We gave detailed instructions for certain items and they followed everything perfectly. We were so so happy with Rafael and Rocio’s work and setting everything up with Jeff was a breeze. We will definitely hire them again in the future.

I am feeling very frustrated. The past 2 times my place has been cleaned it has not been done well. There are dust bunnies left on the floor and dirt/dust left on the floor boards. Things aren't folded and it feels like just big area's are clean and the other spots are just left. I have also asked specifically for my fan to be cleaned and it has not been cleaned.
Still some dust - for a move out clean I would have expected spotlessness.

Love the cleaning but the products stink. House has had open windows for 24 hours and still smells bad. Can you use a different cleaner?
