Service was excellent. The owner Jeff was quick to respond, was able to understand exactly what I needed. The pay rate was reasonable and the work excellent. Both staff worked rapidly and took attention to every detail.
I would have preferred non-aggressive cleaners, more "green." the smells were a bit gas station.
Our services have been on the decline for the past few months. Whole rooms have been missed and the attention to detail in completed rooms is lacking. Not folding blankets/ replacing pillows or making beds nicely. The cleanliness has been fine, but that is not the whole package.
Everything. Management, Staff, Products, Consistent/timely Service. After five + years of using West Seattle Merry Maids, I've never been disappointed and have appreciated flexibility of on-site staff as needed.
The Merry Maids are great! I particularly like that the bathrooms and the kitchen are very clean. Also the products used do not leave an odor.
