I just love the lady they have chosen to clean my condo. Minerva is her name. It took time to find the right person but we found Minerva. Others did a terrible job - half clean - mop marks on walls - areas not touched. Set it up to see what was done and not. THEN CAME MINERVA!! She is just special and does such a terrific and thorough job for me. She cares and do you know how much that counts when a somewhat stranger comes into your home with no one there???????? It is most important to be able to trust and care about that person. Great service and whatever she uses is fine. Just love her !!! RL

The cleaning is usually done by a team. As a result the work is done fast and well. Sometimes the employees are not appropriately trained nor speak the language for easy communication. I use my own products.

I am absolutely satisfied and apreciative of the new friend I have made from Merry Maids group of employees. I just love love love the one special lady (Minerva)who comes to my home and helps me keep it clean every two weeks. She is just the sweetest and most important/wonderful/thorough/and special lady. Am medically impaired and cannot do what I used to do so I appreciate her so very much. Thanks to you too Fatima, for sending me Minerva......Thank you!! ;)

I had asked for her specifically because I wouldn't have used them any longer (I was ready to dump Merry Maids) if it were not for this wonderful lady who is so thoughtful of cleaning for a 75 year old woman.
