The ladies were professional. By the time they, my kitchen looked spanking brand new. My powder room was spotless and living room as well as dinning were immaculate. I was impressed.

It was easy to schedule and there was immediate follow up. There was one challenge in that on the day of, my service was delayed (after confirming an earlier time the day prior). This did not cause any conflict as I had the day off. I'm thinking of scheduling monthly service but would need to ensure that the time could be kept as most days are not as flexible for me. The ladies who came to my home were friendly, efficient and made my place look great!

When special attention was requested for a particular area, they made sure it was taken care of and were eager afterwards to seek feedback to ensure it all met outlr needs. The team was fast, efficient and professional. I have no idea what products were used by I wish I could get my hands on some of them. Everything was sparkling clean and there was no oily or sticky residue.

service is very predicable and timely, use own good quality products. Just one issue -- under the beds are not always reached.

The service is solid B. If asked where improvements could be made, I'd say consistency is needed. I'm still waiting for the air vent to be cleaned--asked twice. I'm usually not there but once when I was I was surprised at how at how loud there cinversation was. But they are fairly young and perhaps somewhat inexperienced. Overall, I am pleased with the service and would ecommend to others. Thank you for asking for feedback.
