Hard workers who were very thorough and friendly. They came on short notice and did a great job on my house. They were able to finish quickly even though the house hadn’t been cleaned in some time.

Easy to schedule

I only have praise for the two women that came to clean my apartment on Saturday. I made a mistake and turned off the electricity early. I didn't realize that they were not going to have electricity to run the vacuum cleaner or the air conditioner. I was really sorry that I couldn't run the air conditioner; however, the two ladies kept working nonetheless.

There are so many things that I appreciate about Merry Maids DC,In Staff and Administration. I One thing that I enjoy and that all those Individuals who do "Food Delivery" to me is the Lavender Freshener that Merry Maids uses. Another thing thing that I Appreciate is that Miss Minerva has been Kind Enough to provide me with her Personal Email Address. This is "An Inspired" Concept by Miss Minerva. Now that I have her Email Address and Miss Minerva has my Email Address, at any time that Miss Minerva has any need to adjust her "Cleaning Schedule," then she can simply Email me to tell me how she needs to adjust "Her Schedule." Miss Minerva is so Professional and she maintains my Home tat such an "Extraordinary Level of Clean" that at any time that she has the need to Arrive a little bit later.Or Miss Minerva have "An Alternate Day" since Miss Minerva is sufficiently Professional to write me ahead of time to tell me. It is Always Okay with me for Miss Minerva to make whatever Adjustment that enhances Her Life. Bible Teacher Joyce Meyer preaches in "Her Joyce Meyer Messages:" It is Godly to "Discharge our Responsibilities" in "The Way that Suits Us." Joyce Meyer says: "That dirt is going to be there. It is important "To Feel Good. It is hard to be Godly when we don't Feel like it."

Yes. I recommend Merry Maid Cleaning Services to the people who I generally speak to. I used to have Cleaning Services from Unique Cleaning Solutions, Inc. located in Maryland. They provided good Cleaning Service. However, it was always difficult to schedule the next Cleaning Appointment. That made it very frustrating to continue to interact with Unique Cleaning Solutions, Inc. This is the Reason that I came to Merry Maids for help, Merry Maids Customer Service is more personal. It is so much easier to be clear about when my next Cleaning Service Visit will happen.
