Products seem to be very good although I'm not sure one product may be causing spots on carpeting /the majority of the girls are very careful and very good cleaners, especiallly Christine.
I like the way they do my white tile! It always smells so good when they leave. They find spots to clean that I don't even know about!

I have been a Merry Maid client for over a year now and cannot begin to express how absolutely WONDERFUL they are to have in my home every 2 weeks. Tammy and Linda are my regular team and their work ethic and professionalism along with just a genuine kindness makes it that much more worth while. The Merry Maid Advantage plan is the way to go! It is a cost saving and you know that your home is going to get a torough cleaning every 2 weeks. My kitchen is cleaned with Murphy's Oil soap and then they are lemon oiled EVERY 2 weeks and it has restored mu cabinets to almost a new appearence. I LOVE having Merry Maids come in every 2 weeks...they are the BEST at what they do and I love them!!!!!

Tracy does a great job and has been cleaning for me about three years. I have no problems with the products. I seem to be happy. The biggest thing I'm happy with , always on time, unless something happens like traffic, and I like having the same team. They get to know us and we know them. All employees are very nice. Like I said Tracy has worked for me several years, this is not an employee you want to leave. Pay increase is always nice!

Your staff is ALWAYS pleasant, courteous, flexible, thorough and timely. They ask if there are any areas that may need special care or attention and if there is, they address it. Your staff, both office and cleaning crew has never disappointed me. As for your products, there is never a "residue" left on the furniture or counter tops.
