I love the help keeping my house clean. I would like to know what is done for employees to show appreciation for their hard work. How about a small hand lotion or a coupon for lunch at Subway or such? Everybody likes to know they are appreciated. Oh, How about nicec water bottles? I always see them carrying water to drink, especially necessary in Phoenix in the summer. You could even put the MM logo on it.

I have Merry Maid Advantage program for Almost 2 years now and LOVE IT!!!!! But I especially love the gals that clean. Tammy and Linda are the BEST!!! They are professional and very thorough in their work ethic. Happily for her, but unfortunate for me, Linda is now a Team Captain and the folks that work along Tammy are being mentored by her very well, but I would be amiss to say I can't wait for her to get a STEADY team mate so they can get a good rythem. I am real finicky about having people change all the time. But as long as I have Tammy as and at the lead everything is getting done to my very picky satisfaction. The gals at my office are great. To name a few Joy, Vicki, Marie and Mona...love you guys too!

Very professional while in my home. Timely in arrival....get the cleaning done and are on their way. Are very helpful in any problem spot I point out that I've NOT been sucessful in eliminating. And,important to me, I've always had pleasant and personable Merry Maids in my home.

I have two jobs and take care of my 91-year old mother who has dementia. My husband has a bad back and is not able to help much. Merry Maids is the only consistent help I have. I love that my house is kept clean. Also, Tammy is great. She always knows what I need done, no questions, no mix-ups. From past experience, I do not believe the office personnel have a very good communciation system or follow through.
