I really like the personality and professionalism of my most often maid, Maricela. She works the whole time she is here, doesn't cut corners, tries very hard to please. Some of your other workers are not as conscientious as Maricela. I've been satisfied with the products you use, wish the lemon oil was a bit shinier.

I like the reminder calls and the late arrival calls (when needed). I like the deep cleaning of two areas each time. The staff is always nice and helpful.
Everything has a fresh, clean smell when I come home to my clean house.
Generally very thorough and predictable cleaning with special requests handled well. Feel like house is safe and secure when I'm not home and they're cleaning. BUT last service really missed the mark! (This is very rare, but it was noticeable.)
