I like the flexibility of hours i can choose how many hours a week I work. I also like helping the senior clients in doing daily cleaning and cooking jobes and tasks and helping them with all their ADL's i feel i am appreciated and I know i contribute to the clients overall health and to them maintaining independence. Very rewarding.

I like that they ask you for the hours you are available and stick to it. I like meeting a new client one of the staff I'd there for introductions. They really try to work with us caregivers.
