I like the flexibility of hours i can choose how many hours a week I work. I also like helping the senior clients in doing daily cleaning and cooking jobes and tasks and helping them with all their ADL's i feel i am appreciated and I know i contribute to the clients overall health and to them maintaining independence. Very rewarding.
