Senior Helpers has a wonderful and a very respectful, helpful administrative staff. I find it easy to communicate with them.

The clients are wonderful , I get s friend and I think they feel the same way. I’ve been without a car a few times in my life and know the way you feel to count on somebody else for things. I want to help and get paycheck too is extra bonus.
I also am thrilled with my hours and time off. All the people at my office are so thoughtful and kind, always treat me wonderful and contstantly make me feel like I make a difference.

They care about their employees. They provide excellent training that can be carried over from the clients to family members struggling with aging issues.

I like the professionalism and quality of the management, the high caliber of the classes offered to caregivers, the support given to us caregivers by the staff, the thoroughness of the care plans that help the caregiver to understand the needs, etc of the clients, the good communication between staff and caregivers.

Flexibility of the schedule.

Kris and Jannine are very nice and personable. Met me once and remembered my name which is alot different im huge companies with lots of employees. They are prompt with communicating whether it be phone or email.
