I like the job itself. I like the staff at the office. I like the phone communication. For example the work schedule, time clock, direction to jobsite, new work available, meetings, overall instructions.

They care about us as employees, they want to know how we feel and what we think, not just as employees but as people.

I like the way it’s set up were you can pick up a client that works for you and the flexibility and the opportunity to meet people in there homes by providing them care so they can stay in there home longer it’s rewarding getting to know them and learning what they like so we can tailors there daily cares meals and activities to ones they like by which helps them not only heal but thrive and the support we have from nurses and owners of company .

I love the staff! The managers are amazing! I can talk to them about anything work related and I always feel like they listen and understand. I appreciate that they work so hard to find the hours I need! I’m so thankful to be able to work in peoples homes and show them the kindness and love they need. The nurses are amazing!
