They’ve made me feel welcomed as a new employee. I am able to work a schedule that “works for me”. I know a lot of place of employment say that, it just never works. Senior Helpers have walked me thru everything! They let the patient and myself “pair up” so to speak. After I found a client that was fairly close to my home, he and I seemed to mesh! Once I told them I’d really like to work with just the one patient, they adapted our schedules. I feel they work well with both employee and client. It’s truly been a joy !
