They have very detailed care plans insuring that you are knowledgeable about each case that is assigned to you. They sent out weekly schedules and confirm your work shift with you. They always have work available with various shifts for you to pick up. Such a wonderful team to work with.

Family orientated. You all care about the clients and staff. Things you all can improve would be give us PTO hours or vacations days. Gift cards to staff for appreciation.

The flexibility of being able to work multiple shifts and care for several patients. Senior Helpers also make accommodations for their employees.

The reason I would recommend someone to senior helpers is the Staffs are courteous, flexible hours. If you’re not trained they will help with your training needs, and good pay rates.
