Senior Helpers care for the ones who want independence as much as possible as well as wisely utilizing their funds. They respect the persons history and their contribution to society and what they deserve, for their own protection. What they prepared for is what they try to do for them, and more.
They do try to get you clients, but senior helpers has no incentives to keep you working with this company.

What I like about Sr. Helpers, the staff's us friendly will work to accommodate in the areas of needed, likes to see the employees advance and help employees to work towards their success in the company.
Just throwing this out to think about if you have been employed with the company for a year or more to accommodate paid vacation starting with 2days paid off. Honor your employees appreciation when they go beyond and above with an award.
