I mainly use the family pool and I am very glad that it is open longer hours for us older people to come in and get some exercise.

I love going to the Boerne YMCA. They have cultivated such a welcoming and loving gym community. The exercise classes are consistently full and the weight floor is just as popular. The only issue now for me, is we need more exercise class options and time slots, which would indicate a need for expansion. The same could be said for the child watch. The people in the child watch (and front desk and cleaning crew!) are all amazing and wonderful, but I think they need more space and activities available to them. I trust Selma will make the best decisions for the future of the Boerne YMCA!
Booking is easy and open swim is nice
So far we really enjoy the staff at this location and the amenities. It’s not as crowded as the Potranco location and my daughter enjoys the splashpad and pool. The staff is kind to my daughter as well. We feel welcome here.

Primarily use the workout Room after my daily walk. As a general matter, everything is in good order. My wife occasionally takes classes which she enjoys. My only suggestion is that the front area is too crowded and some of the equipment is duplicative. Recently, it’s been very difficult to keep the mats for stretching Open. Blessings to you all!

I like how they offer care for middle school student. Parent is able to leave the child worry free. The child is able to participate in sports and read etc

Please make sure all parts of the equipment are dusted and cleaned I.e. the bases of benches, ellipticals, etc.
But the facility itself is pretty clean. With not a lot of open floor space, it’s important to keep floor extra clean OR try to create a small area that’s carpeted (sit ups, stretching, pushups, etc).
Yoga instructors, even substitutes, are outstanding!

Clean gym and bathrooms with great facilities such as outdoor pool, tennis courts. The workout equipment is also numerous and offers many options.
I used the pool, the day of my visit.
I have never been involved in any activities or programs at the Y. I just use the gym weights.

I am thankful for your beautiful gym, nice staff and clean workout facility. The one thing I would change is how cold the ac is in the basketball gym. It's so cold. Other than its all wonderful. Thanks!
