Trident title officers are very communicative, pleasant, and professional (Some may be more than others). Working with Trident Land Transfer is always easy.
Two suggestion: clients should receive the title commitment within 10-14 days from the purchase and the Closing Costs (even if not completed) at least 3 weeks prior to settling.
