Titling this "Experience Matters"!!! Our transaction had a rare glitch. A road maintenance agreement was not in place and no one was willing to sign one. Josephine gathered all her resources, even went as far as finding out what other title company's did to get closed. The solution was discovered and the Attorneys were able to create the appropriate documentation. Deal Closed!!!
