The patience in explaining the details and the little things like the snacks, drinks, pens and ease of sending and receiving items, (even at the last minute), without the “humph”. Copies all put in a neat folder and the final “congrats” and photos. We had an issue with Buyer requesting the wire late and Sandra was calm about it and moved services around to be closer to the Buyers work location for the reschedule.
