Very easy to book, shuttles readily available, and affordable price. When we were entering the scanner was not working but there was a staff member there to help and troubleshoot. Also the driver Sam has been there a long time and is always so happy and friendly.

What do you like about our services?

The online reservation was easy. Staff was very courteous. Areas to improve:

1. The QR code to get into the lot would not read for me or the car in front of me, which backed up the line until staff could come over and manually override.
2. Need more frequent transport during heavy traffic like Sunday afternoon. The wait was long at airport pickup

Park 'N Fly is always fast and affordable. I've had the same driver several times and he's so friendly and professional. We're always on time to the terminal and I don't have to worry about hunting my vehicle down in a crowded lot after a long trip.

For the past several times I have parked at your facility, I have been a little disappointed for the following reasons: during busy times, the valets don't assist with luggage at all, I have had long wait times to board the bus to go to the airport and to wait at the airport for a bus to return to Park n Fly Plus. The drivers are nice and helpful with pulling my heavier bags from the van to the airport curb.

What do you like about our services?

PNF's shuttle picked us up as soon as we got to the parking lot. They also had multiple shuttles waiting at the airport when we returned. Very quick delivery to and from the airport.

Pricing, location, covered option and shuttle staff was amazing. Did not have to wait long to get to and from airport.

I loved that the shuttle was there to pick me up to take me to the Terminal as soon as I got out of my car. Also, the shuttle drivers are very nice and make sure to get you to the right place. I was only parking for one night so the pricing is good compared to taking an Uber or car service.

We’ve already told two couples about using your service! Not impressed by the guy who drove is back to your site from the airport. Drove the van recklessly in the ramp; we had to hang on when he cornered!

Driver was very professional and helpful. Parking booth attendant was extremely nice! Only concern I have and it may not be anything you can do about it, it is extremely difficult to get on a bus when leaving the airport. Not a designated spot to wait in, causes a free for all for riders to get on the bus. This caused a longer than desired wait. Other than that concern you are a top 10 for me!

Very smooth process! As soon as I got to the lot, they took my car and a shuttle was waiting to take me to the airport. When I returned home, I texted that I was ready to be picked up and waited only 10 minutes. When we got back to the lot, my car was right there ready for me. Would definitely use again!
