Easy to log on and book my dates of staying and payment with no hassles. Park and Fly text messages to my phone reminding me of my up coming stay with Park t Fly with a barcode . The barcode makes it easy when you get there. Friendly staff when the shuttle bus arrives they put your luggage on the shuttle bus for you and give you a ticket with the number where your vehicle is parked . When arriving at the airport they help you with your luggage. Two days for returning Park 'n fly send you another text message with another barcode used when you are leaving and also let you text them when you're ready for a pickup. The driver asked for the ticket that has the number on it where your vehicle parked and takes you back to your vehicle they help you with your luggage , easy access when leaving I've used this company twice and I would use them again highly recommended. This was my first time using off-site Airport parking, now I will never park anywhere else!
I was not expecting to have the transport van follow me to my spot, but once I realized I didn't have to walk to some pick-up point I was thrilled. Both drivers I dealt with for departure and arrival were very nice and patient. And the daily rates were very reasonable. I'm very impressed and will be parking there again. :)

Over all the employees are fantastic. Have had a few van drivers that weren't very friendly nor did they help me with my luggage. Needless to say, they didn't get a tip.
