Once I stopped and asked an employee, I found parking in the far right corner of lot. There needs to be a better method to advise customers where to park. After this, everything was fine

Drivers are awesome and always willing to help. Some places drive round and round to fill the bus or sit at the airport until full. Waiting times with you is always minimal

Quick pick up and drop off, convenient location, plenty of parking. I did like the app - but was somewhat disappointed that it was no longer available last week when I came to park.

Drivers were prompt and friendly. I switched from The Parking Spot to Park N Fly after having to wait in their parking lot for over 25 minutes for the shuttle to come and waiting over an hour at the airport along with 60 plus other customers for the shuttle to arrive. I vowed never to use The Parking Spot again. But Park N Fly has not disappointed.
