Very easy to use. Mostly reliable. ATL has been reliable each time. I wouldn’t likely use Par n Fly Premium however. I have seen those costumers have to wait longer than the regular costumers do.

I have used this parking site for years and the service has been consistently good.
The online booking is easy to use. The drivers are friendly. The discount is real.
Pickup by your car is prompt, and because the parking location is conveniently close the airport drop-off at the airport is pretty quick. Pickup at the airport is about as simple as can be (24 hours/7days a week).

Efficient

The shuttles are always very timely and every shuttle driver I’ve had has been so helpful and kind. I like the app to track the shuttles and the “come get me” option.

Just outstanding service and reasonable price for parking near the airport. Bus picks you up right by your car and drops you back off at the same spot. Very little waiting and very nice bus drivers who are eager to help you with your bags. Very highly recommend.

Please don’t force us to answer whether we want a receipt of allow a rescan to mean NO. Too hard to lean out of the car to press an answer.

Both of our drivers (as we departed and arrived) promptly arrived at our location, were polite, and loaded and unloaded our bags, as well.

The only complaint was that the lady driver never got off the bus and didn’t help with luggage.

So far no major issues. Little glitches in checking out but we always get through it. Never more than a 10 minute wait at the airport.

They treated me respectfully and got me to and from the airport quickly. The price was fair.

Service was very efficient, sent us to our parking spot and shuttle was waiting for us. On return home, shuttle arrive for pickup quickly and took us right to our car. I would highly recommend!

The staff was very professional, efficient and timely. We were greeted at our car and they assisted with the luggage. They explained the process of returning when we got home from our trip, like where to meet the shuttle. We felt very comfortable and will definitely use this service again
