When using Park DIA in the past, I have always appreciated the prompt shuttle pickups, the emailed discounts, and quick email responses to questions and concerns. The last time I used Park DIA, I reserved a covered parking space. That was the first time I reserved a covered space at Park DIA. I had been emailed a discount that had already expired prior to be emailed to me. After making my reservation anyway, I emailed Park DIA. I received a refund for the discounted amount in less than 30 minutes. Thank you! However, when I entered the lot, I told the attendant I was using covered parking and asked how to access it. I was told to park in BLUE H. I drove all around looking for Blue H in covered parking only to find that it didn't exist. I found Orange H and parked there while I called Park DIA to ask how to find Blue H in covered parking. I was told that spaces and rows were not assigned in covered parking, and I could park anywhere I wanted in the covered lot. I wish the attendant at the entrance would have told me that. I then asked about when the shuttle would arrive, as I had been driving for a while, and I had not seen a shuttle enter the covered lot. I was told the shuttle would be along soon. Since I had already spent so much time circling, I couldn't risk waiting for the shuttle, so I walked with my luggage from the extreme end of the covered lot out to where I could see a shuttle picking up people in the uncovered area. Everything worked out okay, but I didn't need the added stress for my 5:30 AM flight, which meant I arrived at Park DIA somewhere around 3:00 or 3:30 AM. It just seems as though this could have all been avoided. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

Very attentive! Someone was right there to get us to the airport immediately and when we got back there, was someone waiting for us. They even lifted our heavy bags into the van.

Reasonable price and easy access
Shuttles were there waiting both at departure and arrival so minimal waiting time. Robert in Valet had my car open and ready for me, receipt and keys in the car shop I just loaded and left. Anna the shuttle driver was great!
