Park 'N Fly is so convenient to the airport. The last half dozen times we have flown, there was a bus in the lot, and we have had no delays going into the airport. We now use the app for all transactions including entering and leaving the lot, so it cuts out the paperwork. When we finally got to ATL's domestic terminal, we have found buses ready for us at the pickup point where their sign is permanently displayed.
A little of a negative is related to international travel. Our last two uses, both this year, have been international flights. Park N' Fly, to the best I understand, does not pick up from the international terminal thus this service is not the most convenient for pickup. I thought they once had a pickup point at the international terminal but not anymore. It caused us wasted time trying to find an airport shuttle from the international terminal to the domestic terminal. It may be less time to use the trains between terminals, but we must have gone the wrong way after spending an hour and a half in TSA lines for incoming flights.

Everyone is helpful, especially Steve the shuttle driver, and there is rarely more than 5 minutes Park, check in , and then leave for the airport.

On the way back from DIA to the drop off at our car we had a driver by the name of Mikhal. No only did he do a great job of driving but he was highly engaging and interactive with all of the riders he made what is usually a very drag and boring drive back something that sped by and lessened what is usually strange sitting all next to strangers staring at each other instead into playing a game and enjoying the time together He was TOP NOTCH!
We text our pick-up location and the driver was there in about 5 minutes! Quickest service we’ve had from any shuttle service!

One thing I really like about Park 'N Fly is they do a great job in making sure there are buses right there to pick you up. Most of their drivers are very friendly.

Service, reliability
The people are friendly, the site is secure and well-lighted, and the convenience is good. There are only three problem areas.
1. I make my reservations on-line. The process of checking out of the parking lot is unclear and has had several problems. I have to have a paper form and my cell phone to check out, and the process is not clear. The gate attendants normally have to get involved to complete the process so I can leave the lot.
2. The shuttle vans seem to have no suspension. Please get some that offer a more comfortable, not bumpy, ride. Several of the bumps at IAH are painful since your vans have no suspension.
3. Offer us the ability to add a tip to our on--line reservation. I don't normally carry much cash with me and sometimes get back to IAH without any cash. I want to tip the driver, but cannot unless I have cash. Being able to add a tip to my credit card would be the best option.
