I have been a member for many years and always appreciate the ease of reservations, parking, and getting to/from airport quickly.

I try to fly out of the Oakland airport whenever possible. When I do, I always park at Park N Fly. I used to fly twice a week for work. I always parked at this location. I was never late for a flight and I never worried about my car. The agents are helpful, especially with the new barcode reservation system. They leave their booth to make sure I can effectively and correctly scan the barcode with my phone. I appreciate their excellent customer service.

The drivers both to and from the airport were both very personable and helped with our bags. Everything went smoothly and the price was very inexpensive .

Excellent pickup. Easy to use & check in/out. Pickup was delayed...but it was 2 am.

We were very pleased at how fast the shuttle picked us up in both directions, and with the help the shuttle driver on the return trip gave us with our bags (they were a lot more full than when we lefft!
