Timely, courteous employees, close to airport

I like the closeness to the airport, the pick up at my vehicle, and the ease of reserving a spot.

I like it that the shuttle is always right there to pick us up at our car and take us to the airport and then when we return they are either right there to take us back to our car or get there within a few minutes. It's very reasonably priced and very convenient.

Excellent, Easy.
I drove in, parked in the driveway, someone met me and took my luggage to the curb where the trolley would be picking me up. Gave me a ticket with all the instructions on it for getting me to and from the airport.
Upon my return I knew where to go, driver took my luggage for me.
Returned to the Car lot. Got out, my car was there waiting for me. A nice man put my luggage in the car and I was on my way.
First class service all the way.

Very easy to book. Like your confirmation follow ups and the text reminders a couple days prior to dropping off and picking up my car with the upc code right on the text. Makes everything go so smoothly.

Convenience, secure lot, ease of use. Van was always ready and waiting for me when I parked the car.

That the person in the main entrance notified me immediately, where to park my car instead of wasting time looking for an open slot.
The quickness to pick us up from our parking slot and take us to the airport and also from the airport to the parking lot.
