Prior to my most recent experience, the drivers have always been friendly, courteous and professional. The location is convenient and easy to access. There is generally little to no wait time at the facility and short waiting time at the airport. Drivers are safe and considerate of safety concerns.

However, my latest experience did not meet expectations formed by my previous experiences. The driver was rude and argumentative. His driving made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. When I tried to talk to him about it, he told me that I was angry because I had to wait for 30 minutes, that he was old and ill and that I should be more patient. I am a 74 year old woman with Parkinson’s disease but that does not give me license to be rude to anyone. He continued to berate me even though I had disengaged from the conversation.
