Everything was absolutely fantastic. Incredibly easy to use. All the employees are very respectful and they take care of your vehicle. You get off the bus and that your car is literally waiting right there for you. Will definitely use the service again.

The whole process is smooth. I like that I didn't have to drive into airport traffic. We didn't have to wait very long for a pickup and the drivers are very kind and loaded our bags into our car.

Park N Fly is extremely convenient and easy to use. Booking via the app makes it even easier. There is always a shuttle ready to take me to the airport and I've never waited to be picked up. It makes flying out of CLE much less stressful.
