I used the Plus service. Location easy to find. I parked my car in a covered area. The park and fly Plus shuttle was outside when I picked up my luggage and the gentlemen dropped me off in front of my car and helped me with my luggage.

Very easy! I like the new streamlined valet drop-off. No need to go inside. love it! and at pick up the cars are waiting closer to the building now and that makes sense. I always thought it would be an easy place for anyone wanting to steal a car to hide and wait. It's my #1 favorite place! thank you. I do like when the van drivers don't play their music loud on the radios. At times, I've had to sit and listen to super loud hard rock at 3:30am. that is very jarring to my old system! LOL
