It is a simple reservation process and it was pretty efficient in getting to and from the airport. I would say, this is not an option you should choose if you are in a rush to get to the airport. Our shuttle ended up picking up passengers until it was full. Not a problem because we had plenty of time to get to the airport. But if we were running tight on time, it would have been stressful.
