I appreciate how helpful and friendly the drivers are. I also love your refund policy. However, I wish you would print the color of the lot on the ticket. The staff at MSP don't always know where to find you and twice now I have gone to the wrong place because the signs at the airport aren't always clear about it, either.

My experience with park and fly was exceptional and extremely fast ad easy with no wait time what so ever.

There was a lovely woman who came out, both in the morning when Iarrived, and very late at tnight when I left. I was fudging with my phone for the code bothe times and she helped me in such a friendly way! Bravo and thanks to her!

The entire process is great. From arrival at the facility I was greeted by friendly staff at the gate, parked where the driver helped my family, and others load our luggage. Then promptly drove us to the terminal helped us unload.

Always friendly from the attendant when you first come in to the driver's to customer service! Never long to pick you up or are waiting for you.

I like that we get picked up and dropped off at our vehicle. the drivers always help with the luggage. We tried the deck across from the airport and didn’t like having to walk through the deck dragging our luggage and go down to the street level to catch the bus.
