I love the convenience. I love the staff. And I love the carwash. Now - I dislike the roaming the parking lot for 20 minutes picking up folks when clearly there are other buses on the lot. Let's look at expediting getting folk to the terminal.

After my last experience I believe you have honest people working for you, I am grateful that is the case.
Unfortunately I stuffed the scan ticket to exit from the facility in my carry on and after a week of business didn't realize it was in my possession. After much wrangling the clerk at the check out gate let me out without charging my card a second time. This could have been avoided if I had been prompted when I was given the scan ticket to leave it visible in the car - do not take it with you.

Location is convenient for me coming from Holyoke, Mass. The valet service is prompt and courteous. The changes made to the facility were a bit confusing initially but it seems to be working now. I also take advantage of the discount vouchers to save some money! Thanks.
