I have always been treated so well every time I come to park my car. The person at the kiosk is always so friendly and make sure to tell me to have a safe and wonderful trip. When I return, they always welcome me back. I have never had a driver who wasn’t respectful And took my luggage out of the trunk and put it in the trunk upon my return.

Great service! There is one thing I wanted to mention. You need some better signage at the MSP airport on where to get picked up. There are signs that say "shuttles" which leads you to the wrong parking lot. I'm not sure if you can put Park & Fly signage but it needs to be clearer.

This is first time we use Park n fly service and the experience was awesome.
our dropping off car and getting to the airport was very smooth transition.
we selected option to park in closed area. the pickup shuttle came in the closed garage and picked us up. and we had no wait and got tot he airport.
now getting our car the shuttle came right away to pick us up.
