I like the fact that there is covered parking, and 24 hour service & security. The driver was very nice and courteous and helped us to load and offload our bags both going and coming.
My suggestion would be to have all drivers to remind customers to be sure to get on the right bus when returning. We got on the wrong bus when we returned, and there were a couple other customers that got on the Park 'N Fly, rather than the Plus Park 'N Fly, and they had the same issue. Who knew that we needed to look for anything other than the Park 'N Fly bus. Just this simple ask would avoid complaints and save time for the customers.

Usually everything, but the last 2 times it took over 40 minutes to wait on bus. Parking spot came by 5 times during that time. I understand there is a shortage of employees.
