It's hard to beat the price and proximity to FLL airport. The location is right off of the expressway, so getting on and off of I-595 is easy. I've never had to wait for more than 15-20 minutes for a pickup from the airport. Hope this helps anyone thinking about using this place.
Easy to create a reservation, check-in, and get and return from the airport. My trip was cut short and I requested a refund for the remaining time. Wasn’t able to process that via the website or app but an email to support handled the change.
Usually great service but on the morning of May 25th I stood in the rain and watched 2 shuttles load and leave without driving by my vehicle. They were only picking up people who walked over to the small building instead of waiting at their vehicles and not driving through the lot. NOT GOOD!
Drivers were polite and helpful, fast service, didn’t have to wait long at pick up or drop off

I like that customers are picked up at their parking spot, and it is easy to find the location for pick-up from the airport. Every time I use the service, the shuttle is quick to pick me up from the parking spot and already waiting when I exit the baggage claim area. The rates for this lot are competitive but reasonably priced compared to other lots.
