You are always prompt in picking us up when we arrive. The bus is usually there before we can get our bags out of the car. We are also picked up at the airport within less than 5 minutes. Your drivers are courteous and help with the bags. I love the convenience to 285 and 85 South. The covered parking is great.

The whole process was easy and fast! Staff were helpful and courteous. The electronic processing worked. I would highly recommend Park 'N Fly. My only complaint is that the space in the aisles where you park are pretty narrow. I didn't think I was going to be able to get out of my parking space. And it was the middle of the night (12:30 a.m.), so I'm not sure what any staff member could have done to help me if I couldn't navigate the limited space.
