The entire process was extremely easy. I live two hours away and made my reservation online. It was easy to locate. When I pulled in, I simply scanned a QT code. A nice lady directed me to the correct area, so I was not lost. They radio drivers to ensure they know how many people are awaiting pickup, so you are not waiting long at all. The driver's were extremely friendly and helpful. The process was exactly the same, but in reverse when I came back from my trip. They have enough drivers that you are not waiting for pick up long and I simply scanned my QR code on the way out. I will 100% use them next time.

Your service is convenient and affordable! The 24/7 shuttle was prompt. The driver was professional and loaded all the luggage. Our flight was cancelled by the airlines and the online FAQ section was sufficient. I pre-paid online so the extra day was automatically added and billed when we left - SUPER SIMPLE.

Limousine services wanted $269 each way (or more!) + 13% fuel surcharge + 20% tip. The cost of business has increased for everyone but a $500 ride to the airport for vacation? Even Oprah would pass and come on over to Park N Fly!

Easy access to/from airport. I like the option of coveted parking. Hate driving around the airport looking for parking. This was soooo much easier. Made reservation online. Prompt pick up at my parking spot. Waited 5 mins at airport. Will definitely use again!
