My only comment is , after I parked my car I was not sure where to meet up with the shuttle. I finally just waited and walked till I saw one .. Was glad I had time to get to my flight on time. I realize that the shuttles drive around to pick people up now.

Quick pick up however challenging to know what terminal I was in the Philly airport ..not well marked so caused delay in replying to text msg but a very speedy pickup and more an airport issue with poor marking not a park n fly issue

Good shuttle service. Only small complaint takes to long to exit facility. Only 1 lane open. Also if problems checking in or out attendant doesn't come out to help. Last time one car held up a long line of us waiting to exit. All in all good service. Will continue to use.

It’s nice to pull in leave your keys and go and on the way back you give them a call they pick you up from the airport and will have your car ready for you by the time you get back
